Got another response from them but still no direct answer as to what I did and where the rule is that says it was wrong.

I have never asked for referrals to Neopets on either of my accounts which were garydoe, & garydoe1. As I have stated before several times I was paying people to referr people to my guild not to neopets, I have read and reread the Terms and Conditions and from what I read that is not against the rules. As I have stated before I have no referral to Neopets. Also if one of the 2 fore mentioned accounts is the one you are accusing of cheating then why were my wifes 3 accounts froze as well? Instead of looking into the matter you froze 2 different peoples accounts for something you are accusing one account for. Also I would like to see the proof you say you  have that I was asking for referrals. I really appreciate you addressing this matter and if I had done wrong then I wouldnt bother to continue to persue this but seeing as I have done nothing wrong I would like to see this matter cleared up so that if nothing else I can at least determine what "evidence" you have used in determining the fact I was asking for referrals.

Thank you for returning my request but there is still something I dont understand that you have yet to answer. Are there any referrals on my account? If not then you are clearly in the wrong for freezing my account. I have clearly stated that I was paying what I called "referrals" for members of my guild getting others to join my guild and there is nothing in the Trems and Conditions of Neopets that prohibits that from what I saw. If I missed it please point it out and you need to make sure you freeze every other guild leader or council member that are doing the same thing. I worked very hard on my account for 2 years and now everything is gone for no reason what so ever as far as I am concerned I was unjustly frozen and desrve my account back, not just because I want it back but because I did nothing wrong. I thought the Neopets Staff cared about its members but apparently you guys dont, I know that Neopets is just a game but I invested countless hours into building up my account to basically be ripped off by someone freezing me for nothing. I am still not satisfied with the replies you have sent me and would like a little more proof of my so called "cheating" and after all of the Neopets Merchandise I have bought and the time I invested I feel that I am at least owed a little more than the reply I got.

I have no referral to Neopets so how could I have cheated the system. I was paying people to get people to join my guild and from what I read in the terms & cond. that is not against the rules unless it isnt exactly stated, in which case I should have been at least warned before being frozen.

I know this is for account varification but 300 characters wasnt enough. If you guys can track I.P adresses then you should certainly be able to tell that I have no referral on Neopets and was doing hte same thing may other guild do which is paying people for referring people to my guild. I have read the terms and conditiond several times it says that I cant have contests but it doesnt say I cant give people np to get other people to join my guild. Thanks for your time.

Ok thank you for telling me exactly what is going on. That neomail was to a member of my guild for referring someone to the guild not a referral for neopets. Is it against the rules to give someone something for getting people to join your guild?????

Thank you for taking the time to reply to my inquiry, but unfortunatley there has been some sort of mistake. I never offered anything for referral on neopets first of all. Secondly my wife did offer neoppoints for referral to another site. Apparently since we have the same i.p address you froze all of the accounts. I am disappointed in the fact that neopets didnt look further into this before freezing my account for something I didnt do. I would enjoy coming back to neopets but am afraid I can not in fear of being frozen for something I myself did not do. If my wifes account was frozen for refferals to another site then that should be the reason that was given, not being frozen for cheating neopets.
